These Terms govern your use of WaitlistPage, operated by Ubique Technologies OÜ (registry code 17102934), Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. By using WaitlistPage, you agree to these Terms.
WaitlistPage lets you create beautiful waitlist landing pages with email capture, referral tracking, and analytics. No coding required.
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, be at least 18 years old, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: create pages for illegal products or services, collect data for spam or unsolicited marketing without consent, publish misleading or deceptive content, attempt to compromise the service, or violate applicable laws including GDPR and anti-spam regulations.
When people sign up through your waitlist page, you act as data controller and we as data processor under GDPR. You must ensure your waitlist page communicates clearly what subscribers are signing up for. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting and using subscriber emails. See our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds.
You retain ownership of all content you create on WaitlistPage. We retain ownership of the platform itself. By publishing a waitlist page, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to operate the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Published waitlist pages will be taken offline upon account deletion. Data handled per our Privacy Policy.
Governed by Estonian law. EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes resolved in Tallinn courts, without prejudice to EU consumer rights.
