Account data: Name, email address, password hash.
Waitlist data: Page titles, descriptions, branding settings, and configuration you create.
Subscriber data: Email addresses and referral data of people who sign up through your waitlist pages.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, device information.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): To provide the WaitlistPage service.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): To improve the service and ensure security.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): For marketing communications and for subscribers signing up through your pages.
To provide the service, host your waitlist pages, collect subscriber signups, manage referral tracking, process payments, and improve the platform.
We share data only with GDPR-compliant processors: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting). We never sell personal data.
Transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Account data retained while active. Removed within 30 days of deletion, except legal requirements (up to 7 years for financial records). Subscriber data is retained as long as your account is active.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights. Contact support@waitlistpage.com. Response within 30 days.
